Knowledge on knowledge sharing with you

inner voice gives us a running commentary throughout the day of what is going on in our heads. According to scientific studies, our inner dialogues can range from 150-300 words per minute. Now, that's a lot of self-conversing going on throughout the day! Joking aside, our internal dialogues have a lot of influence over us. They can either be very positive and uplifting, or they can be negative and demoralizing



we can work on. For example, coaches and sports trainers work with athletes to help them develop positive inner dialogues. By helping the athletes to believe in themselves and their ability to improve their performance, they better While the former is uplifting and makes you feel good, the latter can be loaded with negative words and criticism that really bring you down. Fortunately, this is an area of life heir capacity to compete and to overcome the challenges in order to win at competitions



Fortunately, my friends, all of us can work on techniques to develop and/or better our positive inner dialogue. You start by becoming aware of the thoughts going through your head. Pay attention to what you are saying to yourself. When you notice optimistic self-talk, applaud it because it means that you are moving in a positive direction. If you identify negative inner dialogue, stop to hear what you are saying. Think about where these thoughts might be coming from. For example, do they stem from anger, hurt or jealousy? Consider whether there is any valid basis for the thought, and if so, consider some more upbeat or constructive ways to confront it or affirmative steps you can take to change it. Bringing reason to the process can often dispel disparaging thoughts, most of which stem from distant and forgotten experiences that no longer apply to our daily lives.




My friends, on those occasions when you do catch yourself in negative self-talk, take a moment to rephrase those thoughts into a positive ones in your head. It takes a bit of time and commitment, but the benefits are well worth the effort. As your thoughts continue to become more and more positive, you will find your quality of life improving accordingly.



 Hope my readers  will keep this exercise in mind over the upcoming weeks and see if you can begin to shift your thoughts in a more positive and understanding direction. This would be a big step for you,  and it would help you to feel more empowered to move your life in the direction you want

Share your reading experience

It seems easy to write things but its really difficult to put up into words their emotions and feelings . . . "
Sweety was a sweet, innocent bubbly girl who always hides her emotions and feelings. She was like a coconut hard outside but very soft inside. Life was very normal to her as it was to others till one and half years back. One fine night as she was feeling bored she sat for chatting. Hiiiiiii..came along with big smile. Replying to that was the big mistake she did in her life unaware of future consequences. Hi.. am Varun frm London and reply was am Sweety frm India. That’s it story started…….mailing messaging became their daily routine…both got attached so much that..without seeing each others mail they never started their day. If this routine continued story would have never emergedOne day Varun asked can I call you..? she said yes and then weekends calls started. They used to talk hours together on phone. Distance was never a barrier for them. Both were of same mentality no love in life, no commitments but cupid has something with him in their accounts. Sweety developed love towards him and couldn’t express as she was afraid that with her proposing she may not loose his friendship. Varun got a hint and later he too started feeling the same for her.If both have expressed their feelings story would have been successfully ended but.. on valentines day his friends brought his gift to her house and gave it to her..Varun never saw her as she was her net frend.. that’s it what happened..no one never knew. No mails no phones no messages from Varun. Sweety got tensed she called, she mailed but no response. After 15 days mail came…she was very happy to find his mail in her mail box she opened that’s it..her heart broke…she cried why she didn’t die after reading that. Varun wrote….i never had any feeling for you. You were my best friend. I know you have such feelings for me, so I don’t want to prolong our relation..am a passing cloud.. delete my mails from your folder and from your life….Is deleting so much easy? If shift+del could erase all feelings and emotions then every human on earth will be very happy....asking her to forget him he ended his mail and their relation. She wanted to die.. but..she don’t know life after death but being alive can make him to see Varun photos daily and his mails daily..so she’s still alive..still waiting..still loving. Sweety knew that Varun was always behind beauty of face but not of heart. But she never knew that just for sake of beauty he will forget their beautiful realtion which they shared..is not being beautiful her mistake..?
loving him more than her life is her mistake..?not able to forget him and crying daily hours together is her mistake..?Loving the wrong person is her mistake..?Do anyone have answer for this...? Life must go on...
